Why become FIRO® certified?
Certification enables you to use FIRO® insights to explore interpersonal needs with individuals and teams and to discuss how those needs influence their behavior, including behavior related to communication, problem solving, and decision making.
The FIRO® Certification Program will enable you to:

- Access both the FIRO-B® and FIRO Business® assessments – the latter using business-focused terminology, which is particularly useful for multinational organisations.
